Most items are in stock so we strive to processed and shipped all orders within 24hr unless out of stock or back-order. If an item is out of stock or back-order we will notify you within 24 hr for alternates or special instructions. An email shipping confirmation with the carrier's tracking# will be sent to the email you provided.
PO Boxes, APO, Military address will be shipped by US Mail Priority or Express with signature confirmation- please let us know if you Waive Signature requirement during ordering so we can expedite the delivery.
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders are ship by UPS 2 Day or Next Day ,US Mail Priority or Express.
Minimum order: $100 for free shipping. Orders less than $100 will include actual shipping cost.
We provide exchange on defective products within 30 days of purchase- please contact us for RMA# before returning to us for replacement product. After 30 days of purchase, the warranty coverage will be from the respective manufacturers for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty period.
If an item was damaged by the carrier, please let us know within 5 days of receipt so we can file the claim with the carrier on your behalf as most item are shipped FOB shipping point.
Defective merchandise may be return for exchange or credit. Please contact us for a RMA# prior to return. No return is allowed without an RMA#. Non-defective returns are refunded less shipping and 25% restocking charge. Return products must be in resalable condition
Non-returnable items are: any opened blood test strips, used product, and prescription drugs- No exception!
Shipping: We will notify you of actual shipping method and cost to confirm your order to avoid fraud. All orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide service with 3-5 day service to most areas of the world (assuming no customs delay). USPS shipments are track-able and insured for your protection while regular mail delivery cost substantially less but you bear the risk of loss or damage shipment.
Customers are responsible for additional duties/ import taxes/ VAT in their country- check with your country's custom office.
Credit Card Verification: For international orders we are unable to verify the billing information automatically therefore, our bank is requiring credit card verification via the following:
- Issuing bank's phone number on the back of your card so that we can call to verify your account.
- Also, please include your phone number with your order in case we have any questions. We will verify credit card info and ship your orders within 24 hours after your order is placed.
Returns: Should an item be returned by customs or courier, customers are responsible for any shipping cost and assessed duty/ tariff. Defective items may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund (less shipping, handling, and duties).
